Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions: Items received are damaged or defective upon arrival. A return request is made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at info@matalcard.com with your order details and photos of the defect or damage.
